An independent quality control system has been built up in Hwa Mao. Every production procedure is controlled by the QC department. In 1998, Hwa Mao has been certified by DNV ISO9002 Quality Management System. And, has continuously upgrade and maintain the quality management system.  In order to meet customers demands, Hwa Mao has always focused on product development, pays importance to educational training and continuous improvement.   

Hwa Mao has its own in-house testing laboratory, equipped with  complete and advance testing instruments  according to the European standard (EN), American standard (ANSI), Australian standard (AS) , GB (GB) standard and other standards to ensure that the quality of the products meet the regulatory requirements.

In order to prevent quality issue and do corrective action, we have a professional QA department responsible on processing reliability testing, system maintenance,  counseling and training, correct quality issues, solve customer’s complaint and to protect the quality system.
